Lots of Sunshine but None for Me!
Yes this is a post full of grumpiness. Last week was possibly the loveliest and warmest week we have had here so far. So just my luck that I get sick and don't get to enjoy any of it. I was feeling a bit rotten at the beginning of the week but I thought it was just pregnancy, coupled with over doing it. But by mid week I was feeling like I had swallowed razor blades and I wasn't well at all. A visit to the doctors confirmed it was tonsillitis. I am really prone to getting this, but luckily not as often as I used to.
So I have been feeling really sorry for myself. Unable to enjoy the sun, take Emily out or even play with her in the house (tv had to step in, which I hate when the weather is so nice). So the house is a complete mess and there certainly have been zero craft activities.
On a brighter note I am feeling a lot better today so hopefully normal activities will resume next week. I took Emily to the park today and we fed the ducks and it felt good just to be outside. I think if you are pregnant you should get a free pass from any other type of sickness!
So Donna and Ali I had your parcels all ready to go but didn't make it to the post office! Hopefully Monday should see them on their way.

Oh poor poor you. I remember it well, you go along thinking everthing s fine then nature plays a rotten trick on you and stops you in your tracks!
I do hope you feel better this week and please don't worry about parcels, they are very low priority in this situation :-)

So glad you are feeling better!
Yes, our bodies should know better than letting it get sick, especially when pregnant!

so sorry you haven't been well. And yes I agree the weather has been fab. My house is a mess too, but it's far too sunny for me to care.

Poor you - yeah pregnancy and ill don't go - too many drugs you can't take! Glad you're feeling a bit better.
Also glad you didn't get to the PO as I've been a slacker about getting your parcel ready. Oops - will panic now!

Never mind Max
Sorry about the 'throats' - as you know it's hereditary, but as you're getting older it will get less and less sore and happen less frequently. Just hope Em doesn't inherit it too!
